This is a FREE family-friendly event! \n\nJoin us for diverse family-friendly activities celebrating wildlife and wild places.\nThe Friends of Ridgefield NWR will be hosting a booth at this event! Come by and see us\, or help us out! Contact Us here to lend a hand today. \nHere is a sample of activities offered in 2017: \n\n\n\nConestoga-style Wagon Rides around the Refuge perimeter from 10-3\n\n\nEarly morning Guided walks start at 5:30\, 6:00 and 6:30 AM\n\n\n8 AM Guided Bird Walk with Elaine Murphy from Backyard Bird Shop\n\n\nPortland Audubon live bird show at Noon\n\n\nFish Migration Putt Putt Golf\n\n\nBB-gun range\n\n\nLamprey tank\n\n\nCrafts\n\n\nDecoy Duck Painting\n\n\nArchery Skill Building\n\n\nBackyard Fish Casting Clinic Station\n\n\nBuild a Bird House\n\n\nConservation exhibits\n\n\nInterpretive stations\n\nNature’s Overlook Store is OPEN\nFood Vendors accept credit and debit cards\n\n\nFor more information contact Bonnie Anderson Info@FriendsofTualatinRefuge.org \nThere is no on site parking. A shuttle bus will transport you in comfort from our offsite parking location right to the front door of the Refuge. Our bus is ADA accessible  with a lift.  It take approximately 15 minutes to get from the offsite parking to the Refuge\, please plan accordingly.
