  • This event has passed.
Sunday, June 25, 2017 / 8:00am-11:00am

Join the Columbia Gorge Refuge Stewards board member, Randy Fortish, and our Volunteer Coordinator, Jared Strawderman, to explore Pierce National Wildlife Refuge. We’ll be looking for warblers, tanangers, orioles, pond turtles, elk, and much more! Walks fill up quick, so contact jared_strawderman@fws.gov or call 360-835-8767 to sign up!

Participants will meet at Pierce NWR at 8am and the walk will be about 3 hours long. Dress for the weather and be prepared for walking through tall grass. Bring water and snacks. This Refuge is closed to the public except for these walks a few times a year, so grab your spot soon!
