*NOTICE FOR THOSE SEEKING FILMING ON THE REFUGE AND IN THE CATHLAPOTLE PLANKHOUSE*

The Cathlapotle Plankhouse is not open to the public at this time. We do not allow filming to be exploitive and the FWS will not allow anything without first asking the Tribes. Neither the Friends nor FWS will speak for the Tribes. Filmers need to contact them directly. The filmers must then submit a proposal to the Refuge, and the intent must align with our education/interpretation/respect of the site.

We, along with the FWS, host a sacred facility on-site and we work with the Tribes to inspire and connect visitors to the ecosystem we are honored to protect.
